The report records SKAKO's sale of its Concrete activities to Zefyr Invest in December 2023, leaving the continuing Vibration business. Revenue was DKK 248.2m and EBIT before special items was DKK 24.6m. The CSR disclosure reports 790,316 kWh consumed at production sites across continuing and discontinued activities, alongside eight on-the-job accidents. It also reports one female member of the five-person Board of Directors.
