Overview

The report describes 2014 CSR priorities around the living and working conditions of 6,867 permanent and temporary employees, environmental protection and local-community development. It reports protective-equipment spending of a hundred (100) million franc CFA and records 65 workplace accidents and 780 lost days. Community results included 70 km of village-road reconstruction, school and building projects, wells and training for 73 young school dropouts. The report also states that ISO 9001/2008 certification continued, bringing four of six sites to certification.
