Overview

The report describes a year of progress in responsible tropical agriculture, including 100% RSPO certification of all planted oil palm areas and the publication of the Group's first CSRD-compliant reports. It also highlights successful achievement of 100% Level 2 supply-chain traceability in 2024. The Group reported 54,495 direct and indirect employees at year-end and continued investments in rural infrastructure, health, education, and environmental management.
