Overview

The report presents Sofidel Group's 2017 integrated performance across economic, environmental and social topics, including consolidated net turnover of €1,724 million and more than 6,000 employees. It reports a 21.1% reduction in carbon intensity from 2009, 11,720 TJ of energy consumption, 4.4% renewable energy in the production process, and 7.1 Mm3 of water consumption. The Board comprised three men and three women, while 70,319 training hours were provided. The report also highlights WaterAid and WWF partnerships, 100% certified virgin fibre purchases, and independent assurance.
