Overview

The report describes a year of strong organic growth, with Group revenue from continuing operations increasing 16% to £46.3m and both divisions delivering double-digit sales growth. It highlights the consolidation of battery production and expansion of the Value Added Distribution business. The Corporate and Social Responsibility Report sets out business conduct, anti-corruption, human rights, modern slavery, employee, and health and safety practices.
