Annual Report and Financial Statements

The report describes South West Water's 2017/18 operational and financial performance, including total revenue of £572.8m and continued investment in water, wastewater, environmental improvement and customer service. It reports 20% female representation on the Board and a Group-wide people strategy focused on engagement, training and diversity. The Sustainability Committee oversaw sustainability objectives, with six of 12 targets achieved by 31 March 2018. Sustainability performance and non-financial data were audited by Jacobs as part of the Annual Performance Report process.
