The report is Space42's inaugural post-merger sustainability disclosure for 2024, combining Yahsat Space Services and Bayanat Smart Solutions. It reports a first impact materiality assessment covering 24 topics, consolidated 2024 GHG emissions of 649 tons CO2 eq. Scope 1, 7,726 tons CO2 eq. Scope 2 and 72,887 tons CO2 eq. Scope 3, and 700 employees. Its community initiatives comprised eight CSR programs benefiting 1,389 people and 1,448 employee volunteering hours.
