Overview

The report explains how the company embedded sustainability into Group governance, responsible banking, lending, investments, and stakeholder engagement in 2018. Its materiality analysis prioritized responsible lending, economic crime, supplier requirements, ethics, and ethical marketing. The company conducted 14 internal sustainability workshops attended by 188 employees and expanded climate-risk work using the TCFD framework. Group-wide climate accounts reported 8,252.5 MWh of Scope 1+2 energy consumption and 552.9 tCO2e of total Scope 1+2+3 emissions.
