Impact Report

The report presents SpareBank 1 Østlandet's 2025 green-bond portfolio impact assessment across buildings, clean transportation, forestry, renewable energy and agriculture. It reports total portfolio impact of 735,439 tonnes CO2e/year, including stored carbon, and 202,635 tonnes CO2e/year scaled to the bank's financing share. For clean transportation, total avoided GHG emissions are 14 145 tonnes CO2e using the EU consumption mix and 16 858 tonnes CO2e using the Norwegian mix. Renewable-energy assets have expected reduced GHG emissions of 255 115 tonnes CO2e/year against the EU mix and 8 045 tonnes CO2e/year against the Norwegian mix.
