Overview

The report presents Spark's purpose of helping all of New Zealand win big in a digital world and its mission to bring the future faster to New Zealand. It introduces a four-pillar sustainability strategy and reports for the first time in accordance with the GRI Core Option without external assurance. The report also retains a 25% greenhouse-gas reduction target from FY16 levels by 2025 and records 367.1 tonnes of e-waste recovered in FY19.
