Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Stadler's first sustainability report, covering its governance, products, employees, environment and society. It reports around 440 TJ of Group energy consumption and 10 700 tonnes of waste in 2019. The company highlights battery, hybrid and hydrogen railway technologies and describes environmental management through its QEHS system. It also acknowledges that Group-wide sustainability guidelines, targets and materiality analysis were still planned for future reporting.
