Overview

The report presents Stadler's first sustainability statement prepared in accordance with ESRS for 2025, supported by a new double materiality assessment. The company reported net revenue of CHF 3,679,250 thousand, 18,343 year-end employees and a 48.3% increase in Scope 3 emissions to 7,898,266 t CO2e. Stadler set 2030 reduction targets for Scope 1 and 2 and Scope 3 emissions and retained a 2050 net-zero commitment. KPMG provided limited assurance over selected energy, GHG, occupational health and safety, corruption and bribery, and supplier-assessment information.
