Overview

The report identifies Group-wide material issues spanning liquidity and capital, customer satisfaction, people practices, HIV/AIDS, supply chain management, communities and the environment. It describes application of the Equator Principles to require socially responsible financing and environmental management. During 2009, the Group supported community initiatives including the Naivasha Hospital, Rhino Ark conservation, education sponsorship and the Kenya Society of the Blind, while operating a Group-wide HIV/AIDS awareness initiative.
