Overview

The report describes Stanbic Holdings' sustainability performance across Kenya and South Sudan. The Group invested USD 122M in green/sustainability-linked loans and acted as lead arranger for KShs. 15 billion in East Africa's largest ESG-linked facility. Environmental initiatives included recycling 95% of waste and planting 23,960 trees. Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions were reported at 2,819 and 722 Tonnes CO2 Equivalent, respectively, down from 2022.
