Overview

The report describes 2025 as a foundational year focused on strengthening governance, data quality and operational capability. It reports 3,542 employees and 2025 emissions of 53,076.39 tCO2e in Scope 1, 4,786.37 tCO2e in Scope 2 and 10,452.28 tCO2e in recorded Scope 3, while noting that Scope 3 coverage remains limited. Reported water consumption was 491,536.69 kL, while community support included PGK 1,163,187.24 in grants and PGK 329,167 in additional support. Steamships has committed to Net Zero across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2050, but has not yet established formal interim emissions-reduction targets.
