Overview

The report describes Sterling Group's first TCFD scenario analysis and a sustainability governance structure led by the Board and Sterling Sustainability Committee. It sets a 15% absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target by 2025 from a 2019 base year. Reported 2020/21 performance includes 2,635 tonnes CO2e of total GHG emissions, 34,644 m3 of water consumption, and a 1,567-person full-time workforce.
