Overview

The report is STMicroelectronics' first sustainability statement prepared in alignment with CSRD and ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment and limited assurance. It reports 79% renewable energy in the 2024 energy mix, 538,136 tCO2eq of Scope 1 emissions, and 4,546,839 tCO2eq of total market-based GHG emissions. ST also sets 2030 reduction targets for Scope 1 and 2 and upstream Scope 3 emissions, alongside a carbon-neutrality target from 2027.
