Annual Report

The report describes another year of strong Group growth, with revenue of CHF 2.3 billion and 10,478 employees at year-end. Sustainability highlights include 80% renewable electricity, a 24% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions per FTE, and a submitted SBTi net-zero target for 2040.
