Overview

The report presents the Sumitomo Forestry Group's CSR activities in the first year of its integrated-reporting approach, linking FY2020 CSR targets with the SDGs. It reports 336,017 t-CO2 of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 3,825 kt-CO2 of Scope 3 emissions for FY2016. It also highlights 17,802 consolidated employees, a 32% FY2016 ZEH result against an 80% FY2020 target, and forest management across 46,444 ha in Japan and around 230,000 ha overseas.
