Overview

The report describes the Group's shift toward strategic CSR, including a group-wide ESG Risk Response Project Team, a new Human Rights Policy and a human-rights due-diligence structure. It reports domestic-site environmental performance, including 47,037 tons of CO2 emissions and 1,749 tons of total waste disposal for fiscal year 2012. It also highlights responsible-investment products, renewable-energy financing, natural-capital assessments, and a CSR Council chaired by the President.
