Overview

The report marks Summerset's first step toward integrated reporting, combining financial and sustainability information in one Annual Report. It records a science-aligned target to reduce carbon emissions per square metre of building area by 62% by 2032 from 2017 levels. Total 2020 emissions were 6,414 tCO2e, while the workforce disclosure records 1,823 staff and seven independent directors.
