Overview

The report presents the Group's ESG performance for the year ended 31 March 2023, while noting that much of the environmental data relates to its major production site, the Relevant Entity. It reports reductions in the Relevant Entity's Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, continued monitoring of energy and resource use, and environmental targets including a 3% five-year greenhouse-gas reduction. The Group had 3,237 employees and recorded 17 workplace injuries, but reported no work-related fatalities during the current and preceding two years.
