Overview

The report presents the Group's second ESG report for 2017, covering real estate development and property management services. It reports 34,001 tons of Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, 65,280 MWh of integrated energy consumption and 19,271 employees. It also describes green construction and building initiatives, anti-corruption controls and charitable programs supporting poor students and communities.
