Annual Report

The report describes the Group's environmental policy and an agreement covering Swiss production entities to reduce CO2 emissions by 27% and increase energy efficiency by 8% by 2020. It also reports a workforce exceeding 36,000 and around 500 apprentices in Switzerland, alongside continued vocational and technical training.
