Overview

The report presents Sweco's 2023 growth to SEK 28,523 million in net sales and 22,027 year-end employees. It reports a 66,449 tonnes CO2e climate footprint, including 8,707 tonnes Scope 1, 6,426 tonnes market-based Scope 2 and 51,317 tonnes Scope 3. Sweco reports 37% renewable energy and a 35% female workforce, alongside a 2040 climate-neutral operations goal and a 2030 emissions-halving goal. The Sustainability Report was externally reviewed by PricewaterhouseCoopers under RevR 12.
