Insight Annual Report

The report describes Swiss Prime Site's 2012 sustainability focus on constructional development and a holistic economic, social and ecological strategy. It highlights a reporting-year initiative to reduce energy and water consumption and greenhouse emissions across existing properties, with an objective to cut CO2 emissions from the overall portfolio by 10% over five years. Prime Tower had LEED Gold certification, while the Majowa project had obtained a preliminary DGNB Gold Certificate. The report also notes that 23 existing properties were connected to Siemens's energy monitoring and controlling tool by February 2013.
