Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Swiss Re's 2015 climate-risk protection, global ISO 14001 certification and employee development achievements. It reports USD 2.1 billion of climate protection offered to sovereigns and sub-sovereigns and weather insurance benefiting 1.6 million smallholder farmers. The company also reports that 87% of Group power came from renewable sources and that all employees completed development and training programmes, totalling 204 225 hours. The CR topics and consolidated emissions data received limited independent assurance.
