Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Swiss Re's 2018 progress in enabling sustainable progress through its insurance, investment and operational activities. Group renewable power reached approximately 94% at year-end, while CO2 emissions per employee were 8.1% below the 2013 level. The report covers 14 943 regular employees across 116 nationalities and reports that 30% of tier 1 and tier 2 vendors had been included in EcoVadis. It also reproduces PricewaterhouseCoopers' limited assurance report over the stated Corporate Responsibility information and emissions data.
