Overview

The report describes a firmwide ESG governance structure in which the NCGC oversees ESG and the ESG Oversight Committee coordinates implementation. Operational emissions for 2024 were 1,845 MT CO2e Scope 1, 17,059 location-based Scope 2 and 211,921 Scope 3, with targets of 75% reduction by 2030 and net zero Scope 1 and 2 by 2040. The firm reports 993 tonnes of operational waste and 8,100+ associates, and highlights USD 20.6M in global giving and 34,090 volunteer hours. Grant Thornton LLP provided limited assurance over specified climate, SASB and waste disclosures.
