Overview

The report documents the Group's 2022 environmental footprint, Board-led ESG governance, workforce development and safety performance, and community support. It reports 19,352.86 Tonnes Carbon Dioxide Equivalent of total emissions, 54,610.76 MWh of total energy consumption and 421,682.39 cubic meter of water resource use. The report also describes approximately 3,000 employees, 5,323 training hours and no work-related fatalities. Community initiatives included a RMB150,000 donation to the Free Lunch Fund and pandemic-support meals.
