Overview

The report covers Tao Heung's 2017 Hong Kong restaurant, bakery and food-manufacturing operations, with environmental data for its Hong Kong restaurants, bakery shops and logistics centre. It reports 105,154 ('000 kWh) of total energy consumption and 1,265,292 m3 of water consumption for Hong Kong operations. The Group employed 8,194 people, while no work-related fatality case was reported in Hong Kong operations. The logistics centre received ISO22000 and HACCP accreditation in 2017.
