The report describes Coach's fiscal 2016 sustainability strategy through four pillars covering employee engagement, supply chain stewardship, environmental conservation and community empowerment. It reports an 18.2% reduction in absolute CO2e emissions against the 2014 baseline and an 85.6% waste-to-landfill diversion rate toward 2020 goals. The company reported to CDP, receiving a C for Climate Change and B- for Forests, and expanded its Coach Foundation focus through a $3 million Step Up pledge.
