Corporate Sustainability Report

The report presents TCS's seventh sustainability report for FY 2012-13, prepared in conformance with GRI G3.1 and externally assured by KPMG. It reports 276,196 employees and USD 11.57 billion consolidated revenue, alongside a triple-bottom-line sustainability approach. Environmental reporting covers energy, carbon, water, and waste, including a 50% per-capita carbon-footprint reduction target by 2020. The report also details global CSR initiatives and limited assurance over economic excluding financial, environmental, and social indicators.
