Overview

The report covers TCS's FY 2017-18 sustainability performance across Profit, People and Planet, using the GRI Standards Core option and external KPMG assurance. It reports 394,998 employees and USD 19,089 million in net sales/revenue, while highlighting a 52.5% per-capita carbon-footprint reduction against the 2008 baseline. Environmental disclosures include 29,701 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 425,628 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions and 659,795 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The report also describes CSR programs aligned with 13 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
