Overview

The report presents TCS's FY 2021 integrated performance across financial and non-financial capitals, including a stated purpose of building greater futures through innovation and collective knowledge. It reports 488,649 employees, 36.5% women in the workforce and 43 million learning hours. Environmentally, TCS reports a 70% absolute Scope 1 + Scope 2 reduction target by 2025 against a 2016 base year and a 15.6% renewable energy share. Its global community initiatives reached more than 1.8 million beneficiaries, with over 787,000 volunteer hours.
