The report describes TCS's FY2023 performance as a year of continued global growth supported by a 614,795-person workforce. It highlights a 71% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from the 2016 base year, ahead of the 2025 target, alongside renewable energy reaching 55.2% of total energy use.
