Overview

The report presents Tata Steel's maiden integrated-reporting attempt, organized around business model, risks, strategy, governance, performance and outlook. For FY2012-13, the company reports Group turnover of ₹ 1,34,712 crores and 80,534 employees, while completing the 2.9 mtpa Jamshedpur expansion. It also highlights improved safety performance, environmental-management initiatives and community programs covering skills, health, education and livelihoods.
