Overview

The report presents 2023 sustainability performance across climate, safety, workforce and governance. It reports operational-control Scope 1 emissions of 20,902 thousand tonnes CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 2,036 thousand tonnes CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 4,434 thousand tonnes CO2e. The year included four employee fatalities in a Mexico aviation incident, 99 per cent land restoration and 38 per cent women on the Board. The report also describes Board-level sustainability oversight and alignment with GRI, SASB, TCFD and the GHG Protocol.
