Overview

The report presents Tecan's sustainability approach through its Sustainability chapter and reports 2016 environmental and workforce indicators. Total energy consumption was 18,817.4 Gigajoules, total water consumption was 6,694.7 m3 and total waste was 195.7 Ton. The consolidated year-end workforce was 1,447 employees, and women represented 28.6% of the Board of Directors. The report also describes a Group-wide Code of Conduct and environmental controls across the production sites.
