Overview

The report is Tech Mahindra's first sustainability report, covering FY2013-14 after the merger with Mahindra Satyam and describing a workforce of 89,441 professionals. It establishes a stakeholder-based materiality process and reports Scope 1, Scope 2 and limited Scope 3 emissions, together with energy, water and waste performance. The company also sets FY2015-16 roadmap targets, including a 2.5% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions from baseline.
