The report presents TECOM Group's 2023 ESG performance across Governance, Economy, Community, People and Environment. It reports total revenue of AED 2.17 billion, 275 employees, one-third female employees, 4,200 training hours and zero work-related injuries or fatalities. Environmental highlights include 12.35 GWh of clean energy generation, 30 LEED-certified buildings, 32,411.47 tonnes of waste generated, and Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 131.93, 83.16 and 23.53 kt CO 2 e respectively. Community investment reached AED 1.47 million, including initiatives such as The Good Store and WeWalk.
