Annual Report and Financial Statements

The report presents 2014/15 as a year of business renewal, with customer competitiveness, balance-sheet protection and trust as its three priorities. It moves Tesco's corporate-responsibility reporting into the annual report and online disclosures, while describing a refresh of its materiality assessment. It reports a net carbon footprint of 5.6 million tonnes of CO2e and 55,400 tonnes of food waste in UK stores and distribution centres. It also describes a new Code of Business Conduct backed by company-wide training.
