Annual Report and Financial Statements

The report describes Tesco's purpose as serving shoppers a little better every day and reports that it became a signatory to the UN Global Compact. It highlights food redistribution, with nearly 9 million meals donated in total and over 4.6 million in the past 12 months. The report also presents gross greenhouse gas emissions of 5,100,544 tonnes of CO2e for 2015/16 and says historic emissions were updated for business changes and conversion-factor updates.
