Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report is Teva's first global Corporate Social Responsibility report and establishes a baseline for its worldwide CSR program. It describes a stakeholder materiality assessment covering patient, healthcare access, human rights, ethics, health and safety, and product-related issues. Environmental reporting includes a new KPI data collection system covering 82 sites and disclosures on energy, GHG emissions, water, and waste. The report also records a global workforce of 45,948 and two employee fatalities in 2012.
