Healthy Future Report

Overview

The report presents Teva's renewed Healthy Future strategy across healthy people, planet and business, with seven of eight access-to-medicines programs launched. It reports a 27% reduction in combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions versus 2019 and a 12% reduction in Scope 3 versus 2020, while setting a 2045 net-zero target. Sustainability governance includes dedicated Board sessions and a Sustainability Steering Committee, and DNV provided limited assurance over selected information.
