The report describes how the company embedded sustainability oversight in the Board and Leadership Team, set a Scope 1 and 2 net-zero target for 2030, and reported Scope 1, Scope 2 and operational Scope 3 emissions. It also covers workforce engagement, diversity, health and safety, human rights, community investment and the integration of 4C Offshore employees. The report uses GRI, SASB, TCFD, the GHG Protocol, UN Global Compact and other sustainability frameworks, and includes limited independent assurance by KPMG AS.
