Overview

The report describes THK's CSR policy as supporting long-term corporate value and an affluent society through its business activities, with selected activities linked to Goals 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13. It reports 13,364 Group employees as of December 31, 2017. The environmental overview reports 100,624 tons of CO2 emissions and 20,048 tons of total waste for its defined production-facility scope. The report also highlights health and safety, supplier engagement, employee development, community activities, energy conservation, recycling, and green distribution.
