Overview

The report is Thomas Cook India Group's first Integrated Report, prepared using the International Integrated Reporting Framework. For FY19, the Group reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 660,325.0 lakhs and a total workforce of 11,357. It also established a stakeholder-based materiality matrix covering customer experience, people development, business fairness, and social responsibility. Project Dialysis reached 15 Indian states, with 370 machines installed and 99,041 free or affordable sessions delivered.
