Overview

The report presents thyssenkrupp's first sustainability report prepared with full application of the ESRS and integrated with CSRD and EU Taxonomy disclosures. The company reports a groupwide net-zero target for 2050, supported by 2030 and 2050 GHG reduction targets and a climate transition plan. Fiscal-year 2024/2025 reporting also covers detailed groupwide energy, water, waste and workforce metrics, including 93,375 employees at September 30, 2025.
