Annual ESG Report

Overview

The report presents the Group's third ESG report alongside its Annual Report, covering environment, social and governance priorities for 2024. It reports 1,485 MTCO2e of total emissions excluding yachting, including 143.63 MTCO2e Scope 1, 324.34 MTCO2e Scope 2 and 1,017 MTCO2e Scope 3. It reports 4,501,874 kWh energy use, 21,932 m3 water consumption and 170 employees, while highlighting 55% women in managerial positions and 83% employee satisfaction. Governance developments include joining the UN Global Compact, establishing an ESG Committee and setting a -40% carbon-intensity target by 2030 alongside a Group net-zero commitment by 2050.
